   Initial proposals

   We invite you to highlight the concepts and ideas to be included in the final declaration in relation to the three axes of the conference. You can indicate whether your comment is in favor, against or neutral.

   Proposals will be available in Spanish, French and English, so we recommend you to write your comments in at least one of these languages.

   You can also suggest other ideas to include in the first draft by adding them as comments to the proposals of the presidency.
