GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE IOPD

The IOPD General Assembly is the meeting of the network members to discuss and decide on the political direction, thematic priorities and work plan of the organization. The assembly meets every year in the framework of the annual conference, chaired by the host mayor, who is also the president of the IOPD, the other co-presidents and the secretary general. All members of the network are invited to participate: partners (local and regional governments) and collaborators.

At the General Assembly, the management reports are presented, the work plan is discussed and approved, the new political leadership is elected, as well as the final declaration or other political declarations, and the future venue of the conference is decided. 

This year the General Assembly will have two parts: a preparatory work meeting on Wednesday, December 7 from 15:00 to 16:00 and the General Assembly session on December 10 from 9:30 to 12:00. 

We invite all city delegations and IOPD partners to actively participate in the two sessions!
