What we want to measure
The IDP will collect the lessons learned and provide a methodology geared towards to action to improve the quality of participatory democracy by calculating of an index and the publication of an annual report on the state of democracy participatory. The implementation of participatory democracy will be measured as a system, not as an individual practice, in a given municipality or territory.
