Source: {"body":{"en":"<p>The Environmentalist Mixed Parliamentary Front of the Extreme South of Bahia is a movement that aims to establish new forms of relationship with the environment, tracing paths that aim at sustainability and integrate the most diverse spheres of society.</p><p>We unite civil society, environmental organizations, students, researchers, companies and parliamentarians from the Legislative Branch, seeking to develop ideas and implement them through effective and democratic public policies that achieve change for everyone, especially in the municipalities represented.</p><p><img src=\"https://decidim-oidp.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/decidim/decidim_awesome/editor_image/image/1072/1_FORUM_M._MUDANCAS_CLIMATICAS-18.jpg\"></p><p>The Front has the participation of councilors from several municipalities, namely: Porto Seguro, Santa Cruz Cabrália, Itabela, Guaratinga, Eunápolis, Maraú, Itagimirim (7,110) and Teixeira de Freitas. The municipalities are part of the identity territory of the Extreme South of Bahia.</p><p>To provide technical support to the work, 9 Working Groups (GTs) were created on various topics: Hydrographic Basins; Environmental Responsibility and Economic Instruments; Urban Development; Environmental education; Solid waste; Animal welfare; Atlantic forest; Circular Economy and Marine and Coastal Ecosystem. Each group within its theme will collect data and develop projects that can be implemented in each of the Municipalities that are interested in a certain policy.</p><p>Its methodology is the creation of a participatory ecosystem that integrates the creation of legislative and executive projects; collective actions in the administrative and judicial scope and participatory experiences. Innovating with regard to the integration of new paradigms within the public debate, namely, well-being, socio-environmental justice and nature as a subject of rights. Having as a milestone the legislative approval of a new environmental paradigm in the municipality of Porto Seguro, which recognizes nature as a subject of rights, holder of legal personality, and determines actions by the Municipal Public Power to mitigate the climate crisis in line with development sustainable (Amendment to the Organic Law, modifying art. 103).</p><p>Through the work of the Front, it was possible to strengthen civil society and environmental organizations within the political arena, through public hearings, forums, undersigned, open meetings to address the issue; and the strengthening and expansion of the environmental agenda in a region marked by predatory tourism and urban development that directly impacts the environment.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>","es":"<p>El Frente Parlamentario Mixto Ambientalista del Extremo Sur de Bahía es un movimiento que tiene como objetivo establecer nuevas formas de relación con el medio ambiente, trazando caminos que apunten a la sustentabilidad e integren las más diversas esferas de la sociedad.</p><p>Unimos a la sociedad civil, organizaciones ambientalistas, estudiantes, investigadores, empresas y parlamentarios del Poder Legislativo, buscando desarrollar ideas e implementarlas a través de políticas públicas efectivas y democráticas que logren cambios para todos, especialmente en los municipios representados.</p><p>El Frente cuenta con la participación de concejales de varios municipios, a saber: Porto Seguro, Santa Cruz Cabrália, Itabela, Guaratinga, Eunápolis, Maraú, Itagimirim (7.110) y Teixeira de Freitas. Los municipios forman parte del territorio identitario del Extremo Sur de Bahia.</p><p>Para dar soporte técnico al trabajo, se crearon 9 Grupos de Trabajo (GT) sobre diversos temas: Cuencas Hidrográficas; Responsabilidad Ambiental e Instrumentos Económicos; Desarrollo Urbano; Educación ambiental; Residuos sólidos; Bienestar de los animales; Bosque Atlántico; Economía Circular y Ecosistema Marino y Costero. Cada grupo dentro de su temática recolectará datos y desarrollará proyectos que puedan ser implementados en cada uno de los Municipios que estén interesados ​​en una determinada política.</p><p><img src=\"https://decidim-oidp.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/decidim/decidim_awesome/editor_image/image/1073/1_FORUM_M._MUDANCAS_CLIMATICAS-18.jpg\"></p><p>Su metodología es la creación de un ecosistema participativo que integra la elaboración de proyectos legislativos y ejecutivos; acciones colectivas en el ámbito administrativo y judicial y experiencias participativas. Innovar en cuanto a la integración de nuevos paradigmas en el debate público, a saber, el bienestar, la justicia socioambiental y la naturaleza como sujeto de derechos. Teniendo como hito la aprobación legislativa de un nuevo paradigma ambiental en el municipio de Porto Seguro, que reconoce a la naturaleza como sujeto de derechos, titular de personalidad jurídica, y determina acciones del Poder Público Municipal para mitigar la crisis climática en línea con el desarrollo sostenible (Reforma a la Ley Orgánica, modificando art. 103).</p><p>A través del trabajo del Frente se logró fortalecer a las organizaciones de la sociedad civil y ambientalistas dentro de la arena política, a través de audiencias públicas, foros, suscritos, reuniones abiertas para abordar el tema; y el fortalecimiento y ampliación de la agenda ambiental en una región marcada por un turismo depredador y un desarrollo urbano que impacta directamente en el medio ambiente.</p>","fr":"<p>Le Front Parlementaire Mixte Environnementaliste de l'Extrême Sud de Bahia est un mouvement qui vise à établir de nouvelles formes de relation avec l'environnement, traçant des voies qui visent la durabilité et intègrent les sphères les plus diverses de la société.</p><p>Nous unissons la société civile, les organisations environnementales, les étudiants, les chercheurs, les entreprises et les parlementaires du pouvoir législatif, cherchant à développer des idées et à les mettre en œuvre par le biais de politiques publiques efficaces et démocratiques qui apportent des changements pour tous, en particulier dans les municipalités représentées.</p><p>Le Front a la participation de conseillers de plusieurs municipalités, à savoir : Porto Seguro, Santa Cruz Cabrália, Itabela, Guaratinga, Eunápolis, Maraú, Itagimirim (7 110) et Teixeira de Freitas. Chaque groupe au sein de son thème collectera des données et développera des projets pouvant être mis en œuvre dans chacune des municipalités intéressées par une politique donnée.</p><p>Sa méthodologie est la création d'un écosystème participatif qui intègre la création de projets législatifs et exécutifs ; actions collectives dans le domaine administratif et judiciaire et expériences participatives. Innover en matière d'intégration de nouveaux paradigmes dans le débat public, à savoir le bien-être, la justice socio-environnementale et la nature comme sujet de droit.
