This entry puts in place systems and mechanisms of orderly engagement of the civil society organizations (CSOs) in government. The initiative is aimed at giving more attention to the CSOs and mandate the government system to provide space for the people through the CSOs to be able to participate. An office is established to monitor the participation of people's organizations, NGOs and cooperatives in various policy bodies. The CSO Desk (referring to the office) then create an avenue where feedback can be given on their extent of participation. The system will also allow the CSOs to grow and mature in the partnership with government.
