Cambios en "Morón: Reivindicación del uso del espacio público"

The situation at the "La Manzana de los Clubes" site was problematic, with conflicts over the use of spaces, disputes between institutions, underground parties, abandonment, and the presence of a small landfill. In light of this, the community expressed the urgent need to recover and transform this space.

The intervention began with a focus on decentralization and citizen participation, within the framework of Integrated Approaches. The role of the local government was to facilitate and coordinate, listening to the stakeholders in the area and promoting their involvement in problem-solving.

In 2021 and 2022, a mapping of the involved actors was conducted, and they, along with local residents, were invited to form an Interinstitutional Table. A shared use of the space was agreed upon, subsidies were provided to the clubs, and their legal situation was regularized. Additionally, the cleaning and tree planting of the small landfill was undertaken with the active participation of the neighbors, who continue to collaborate in maintaining the space.

By 2023, the site hosted a Primary Childhood Center, a Socioeducational Center, labor and educational workshops for youth, and the headquarters of the Interinstitutional Table, which brings together all the local institutions.

Citizen participation was key throughout the process, with close collaboration between sports, educational, community, and children's institutions. The formalization of the use of the site through a lease agreement consolidated harmonious management, resulting in a positive impact on neighborhood security and quality of life. The space was reclaimed from conflict and transformed into a site of recreation and social support. The ongoing involvement of all actors ensured the sustainability and success of the program.

The community, by taking control of its environment, built a network of solidarity that restored the essence of the place, revaluing it not just as a physical space but as a symbol of citizen participation and collective achievements. La Manzana de los Clubes became not only a virtuous cycle for all the actors involved, but also a place that ensured social, educational, and sports inclusion, benefiting over 2,500 children and young people daily from all over Morón. Moreover, it stands as a living testament to the power of collective efforts. Every corner of this space echoes the hope that the future is built hand-in-hand with all those who inhabit and dream it.

Face à cela, la communauté a exprimé la nécessité urgente de récupérer et de transformer cet espace.

L'intervention a commencé avec un focus sur la décentralisation et la participation citoyenne, dans le cadre des Approches Intégrées. Le rôle de l'État local était de faciliter et de coordonner, en écoutant les acteurs du territoire et en encourageant leur implication dans la résolution des problèmes.

En 2021 et 2022, une cartographie des acteurs impliqués a été réalisée et ils ont été invités, ainsi que les voisins, à former une Table Interinstitutionnelle. L'utilisation partagée de l'espace a été convenue, des subventions ont été fournies aux clubs, et leur situation légale a été régularisée. De plus, le nettoyage et le boisement de la petite décharge ont été entrepris, avec la participation active des voisins, qui continuent de collaborer à son entretien.

En 2023, le site abritait déjà un Centre de Première Enfance, un Centre Socioéducatif, des ateliers professionnels et éducatifs pour les jeunes, et le siège de la Table Interinstitutionnelle qui réunit toutes les institutions locales.

La participation citoyenne a été essentielle tout au long du processus, avec une collaboration étroite entre les institutions sportives, éducatives, communautaires et infantiles. La formalisation de l'utilisation du site par le biais d'un contrat de prêt a consolidé une gestion harmonieuse, avec un impact positif sur la sécurité et la qualité de vie du quartier. Le site est passé d'un espace de conflit à un lieu de récréation et de soutien social. L'implication continue de tous les acteurs a garanti la durabilité et le succès du programme.

La communauté, en prenant en charge son environnement, a tissé un réseau de solidarité qui a restauré l'essence du lieu, le valorisant non seulement comme un espace physique, mais comme un symbole de la participation citoyenne et des constructions collectives. La Manzana de los Clubes s'est transformée en un cercle vertueux pour tous les acteurs impliqués, garantissant l'inclusion sociale, éducative et sportive, bénéficiant à plus de 2500 enfants et jeunes chaque jour, venant de tout Morón. De plus, c'est un témoignage vivant du pouvoir des constructions collectives. Chaque coin de cet espace résonne de l'espoir que l'avenir se construit avec tous ceux qui l'habitent et le rêvent.
