Reconquista: Inclusive Editorial Model (MEI) – Inclusive Club “Código Digital”

Avatar: Official proposal Official proposal

The Inclusive Digital Writers Club “Código Digital” consists of the creation of a public and permanent cultural production space where young people and young adults with and without disabilities collaboratively build a digital magazine and multimedia content with a real audience. The initiative takes place in the city of Reconquista, at the Digital Learning and Innovation Hub, under the Secretariat of Human Development.

The practice is structured through the Inclusive Editorial Model (MEI), a methodological framework that integrates: the biopsychosocial approach, inclusive education as a right, Person-Centered Planning, cooperative learning, Project-Based Learning, Universal Design for Learning and the T-PACK framework. This model organizes participation, defines editorial roles, ensures personalized supports, and enables the production of accessible content through the deliberate integration of digital and assistive technologies, including a chatbot designed as a writing scaffold.

The club promotes not only digital literacy and creativity, but also social cohesion and self-determination. Editorial decisions —sections, themes, and collective projects— are made collaboratively, strengthening internal democracy and shared responsibility. Currently, 12 members participate, and a community of 184 subscribers has been formed, along with families, volunteers, and institutional partners.

The project was declared of Municipal Interest and has become a consolidated local public policy for inclusion and digital culture. To ensure sustainability and transferability, a Replicability Protocol was developed, systematizing its foundations, fidelity criteria, and operational steps, with the goal of creating a network of clubs in other territories. In this way, the initiative transforms inclusion into concrete design, production, and publication practices, guaranteeing voice, participation, and active digital citizenship.
