The method of this practice operates in four stages, namely, receiving information/complaints from citizens (via the whatsapp community group Juntos Vamos Abraçar Maputo), filtering the information/complaints to ascertain their veracity, approaching the site by the executive to assess the matter and intervening to remedy the problem/concern presented.</p><p>The most important thing in this governance tool is information, because without it the executive can't draw up an action plan for intervention. Interventions take place with the participation of everyone, including partners who contribute to ensuring the success of the municipality's interventions.</p><p>In a short space of time, we've had encouraging results, including the following interventions: Clearing of Avenida Marginal, acquisition of an industrial pump to suck up standing water and intervention in the Costa do Sol neighbourhood, opening of sluice gates for rainwater drainage, receiving support from a partner with cleaning materials and a meeting with the residents of the Magoanine A neighbourhood.</p><p>At the end of each intervention, the communications team gives feedback on the WhatsApp group, describing the information/complaint presented and the intervention made, to obtain emerging information and complaints for subsequent intervention. It has helped a great deal in terms of the council's interventions, since the executive obtains information more quickly about the situations that occur in the city. This way of dealing with the problems that afflict the citizens and, above all, the way we have been triggering prompt interventions has generated trust between the citizens and the city council. Las intervenciones tienen lugar con la participación de todos, incluidos los socios que contribuyen a garantizar el éxito de las intervenciones del ayuntamiento.</p><p>En un corto espacio de tiempo, hemos obtenido resultados alentadores, entre los que destacan las siguientes intervenciones: Despeje de la Avenida Marginal, adquisición de una bomba industrial para succión de aguas estancadas e intervención en el barrio Costa do Sol, apertura de compuertas para drenaje de aguas pluviales, recibimiento de apoyo de un socio con materiales de limpieza y reunión con los vecinos del barrio Magoanine A.</p><p>Al final de cada intervención, el equipo de comunicación hace un feedback en el grupo de WhatsApp, describiendo la información/queja presentada y la intervención realizada, para obtener información y quejas emergentes para su posterior intervención. Ha ayudado mucho a las intervenciones del ayuntamiento, ya que el ejecutivo obtiene información más rápidamente sobre las situaciones que se producen en la ciudad. Esta forma de tratar los problemas que aquejan a los ciudadanos y, sobre todo, la forma en que hemos desencadenado intervenciones rápidas ha generado confianza entre los ciudadanos y el ayuntamiento. Les interventions ont lieu avec la participation de tous, y compris des partenaires qui contribuent à assurer le succès des interventions de la municipalité.</p><p>En peu de temps, nous avons obtenu des résultats encourageants, notamment les interventions suivantes : Nettoyage de l'Avenida Marginal, acquisition d'une pompe industrielle pour aspirer les eaux stagnantes et intervention dans le quartier Costa do Sol, ouverture de vannes pour l'évacuation des eaux de pluie, réception du soutien d'un partenaire en matériel de nettoyage et rencontre avec les habitants du quartier Magoanine A.</p><p>À la fin de chaque intervention, l'équipe de communication donne un retour d'information sur le groupe WhatsApp, décrivant l'information/plainte présentée et l'intervention effectuée, pour obtenir des informations et des plaintes émergentes en vue d'une intervention ultérieure. Cela a beaucoup aidé le conseil à intervenir, car l'exécutif obtient plus rapidement des informations sur les situations qui se produisent dans la ville. Cette façon d'aborder les problèmes qui touchent les citoyens et, surtout, la façon dont nous avons déclenché des interventions rapides ont généré la confiance entre les citoyens et le conseil municipal.
