It has been structured in five phases: Health Impact Assessment, diagnosis of the needs of the neighbourhood regarding the square and its surroundings, training session on urban planning and health, and validation and definition of the design. In each of these phases, work has been carried out in parallel or jointly with the technical and neighbourhood areas.</p><p>The <strong>result of the Health Impact Assessment</strong> indicates that the action is positive overall for the health of the community. Likewise, community design criteria were defined, understanding the square as a health space for the neighbourhood, divided into six large blocks: the creation of spaces for shade and socialising, guaranteeing coexistence in its different types of uses, the reduction of motorised traffic and its effects, the dilution of the limits of the health centre with the square and the neighbourhood, and sustainability. En cada una de estas fases se ha trabajado paralelamente o de manera conjunta con los espacios técnico y vecinal.</p><p>El resultado de la <strong>Evaluación del Impacto en Salud</strong> señala a la acción como positiva de forma global para la salud de la comunidad. Así mismo, se definieron los criterios de diseño comunitario, entendiendo la plaza como espacio de salud para el barrio, divididos en seis grandes bloques: la creación de espacios de sombra y socialización, que se garantizara la convivencia en sus diferentes tipos de usos, la reducción del tránsito motorizado y sus efectos, la dilución de los límites del centro de salud con la plaza y el barrio, y la sostenibilidad.
