Flexible, specialised, multicultural, multidisciplinary, and its members are between 19 and 67 years old. We design, plan and execute participatory/consultative processes, citizen training activities and research processes, in territories diverse in latitude, size and culture, in which minors are included in each of their phases.</p><p><img src=\"https://lh7-us.googleusercontent.com/92WIT0ez8gmiPhlqfzJvYjs3cns6dMVI7D47CbV-9JFtrK83b4Gc6q7lW4LgFqtwsP6SpB9gpSOtVBPMDXgDE1npKy9lK-xOMjh7c3lZGgztNnbe5fPx_nb5DMiWD1TGD-ZBsyVkmOOTdo7AdH5gOjk\" width=\"602\"></p><p>We decided to start implementing these processes due to the invisibilisation of minors in decision-making on issues related to them and the poor state of citizenship education in schools, both in Spain and Chile.&nbsp;</p><p>Our main activity is the consultation of adolescents, which seeks, on the one hand, to make minors' opinions visible in matters that affect/interest them and, on the other hand, to be an educational activity that collaborates in their citizenship education. These processes are not only aimed at adolescents, but are built from and with them.&nbsp;</p><p>The consultations operate outside the official and regulated spaces of socialisation and learning, therefore, we energise and call for participation via social networks, which is where minors spend a good part of their time consuming content and/or linking with their peers.</p><p>Since 2020 we have deployed 3 consultations of adolescents (13 to 17 years old): one in Arica (Chile, 2020) in conjunction with the councillor of the City Council, Dolores Cutivo (PC); another of Catalan scope (Spain, 2022); and a third in Barcelona-city (Catalonia, 2023), in which the following mayors participated: <strong>Xavier Trías</strong> (Junts), <strong>Jaume Collboni</strong> (PSC), <strong>Ernest Maragall </strong>(ERC), <strong>Gonzalo de Oro-Pulido </strong>(VOX), <strong>Basha Changue</strong> (CUP), <strong>Daniel Sirera </strong>(PP) and <strong>Eva Parera</strong> (Valents).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>We are happy and proud of the impact we have achieved in Barcelona: we inaugurated a new bridge where teenagers and the City authorities can talk to each other. Little by little, more and more adolescents know what we do and trust us; actors from the educational world have given us their support; and the political forces of the City Council and the Barcelona City Council validate us.</strong></p><p>During the second semester of this year, in 2024, we will deploy the <strong>3rd Consultation of Adolescents</strong> in Barcelona; in Chile we will operate in conjunction with the <a href=\"https://www.uahurtado.cl/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Alberto Hurtado University</a>; and we have explored alliances in Panama and the Dominican Republic that should materialise in 2025.</p><ul><li><a href=\"https://www.instagram.com/p/Cq2b-c2gDnV/?hl=es\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">https://www.instagram.com/p/Cq2b-c2gDnV/?hl=es</a> </li></ul>","es":"<p><strong>Mi Primer Voto</strong> es un colectivo catalano-chileno, políticamente plural e independiente. Diseñamos, planificamos y ejecutamos procesos participativos/consultivos, actividades de formación ciudadana y procesos de investigación, en territorios diversos en latitud, tamaño y cultura, en los que l@s menores de edad son incluid@s en cada una de sus fases.</p><p><img src=\"https://lh7-us.googleusercontent.com/92WIT0ez8gmiPhlqfzJvYjs3cns6dMVI7D47CbV-9JFtrK83b4Gc6q7lW4LgFqtwsP6SpB9gpSOtVBPMDXgDE1npKy9lK-xOMjh7c3lZGgztNnbe5fPx_nb5DMiWD1TGD-ZBsyVkmOOTdo7AdH5gOjk\" width=\"602\"></p><p>Decidimos comenzar a implementar dichos procesos debido a la invisibilización de l@s menores de edad en la toma de decisiones de asuntos vinculados a ell@s y por el mal estado de la formación ciudadana en las escuelas, tanto en España como en Chile.&nbsp;</p><p>Nuestra principal actividad son las consultas de adolescentes que buscan, por un lado, visibilizar la opinión de l@s menores en asuntos que les afectan/interesan y, por otro lado, ser una actividad educativa que colabora en su formación ciudadana. Dichos procesos no sólo están dirigidos a l@s adolescentes, sino que están construidos desde y con ell@s.&nbsp;</p><p>Las consultas operan por fuera de los espacios oficiales y normados de socialización y aprendizaje, por tanto, dinamizamos y convocamos a la participación vía redes sociales que es donde l@s menores pasan una buena parte de su tiempo consumiendo contenido y/o vinculandose con sus pares.</p><p>Desde el 2020 hemos desplegado 3 consultas de adolescentes (13 a 17 años): una en Arica (Chile, 2020) en conjunto con la concejala del Ayuntamiento, Dolores Cutivo (PC); otra de alcance catalán (España, 2022); y una tercera en Barcelona-ciudad (Cataluña, 2023), en la que participaron l@s siguientes alcaldables: <strong>Xavier Trías </strong>(Junts), <strong>Jaume Collboni </strong>(PSC), <strong>Ernest Maragall </strong>(ERC), <strong>Gonzalo de Oro-Pulido</strong> (VOX), <strong>Basha Changue</strong> (CUP),<strong> Daniel Sirera</strong> (PP) y <strong>Eva Parera </strong>(Valents).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Estamos contentos y orgullosos del impacto que hemos logrado en Barcelona: inauguramos un nuevo puente en el que pueden dialogar l@s adolescentes y las autoridades de la Ciudad. Flexible, spécialisé, multiculturel, multidisciplinaire, ses membres ont entre 19 et 67 ans. Nous concevons, planifions et exécutons des processus participatifs/consultatifs, des activités de formation des citoyens et des processus de recherche, dans des territoires différents en termes de latitude, de taille et de culture, dans lesquels des mineurs sont inclus dans chacune de leurs phases.</p><p><img src=\"https://lh7-us.googleusercontent.com/92WIT0ez8gmiPhlqfzJvYjs3cns6dMVI7D47CbV-9JFtrK83b4Gc6q7lW4LgFqtwsP6SpB9gpSOtVBPMDXgDE1npKy9lK-xOMjh7c3lZGgztNnbe5fPx_nb5DMiWD1TGD-ZBsyVkmOOTdo7AdH5gOjk\" width=\"602\"></p><p>Nous avons décidé de mettre en œuvre ces processus en raison de l'invisibilisation des mineurs dans la prise de décision sur les questions qui les concernent et de l'état médiocre de l'éducation à la citoyenneté dans les écoles, tant en Espagne qu'au Chili.&nbsp;</p><p>Notre principale activité est la consultation des adolescents, qui vise, d'une part, à rendre visibles les opinions des mineurs sur les questions qui les affectent/intéressent et, d'autre part, à être une activité éducative qui collabore à leur éducation à la citoyenneté. Ces processus ne s'adressent pas seulement aux adolescents, mais se construisent à partir d'eux et avec eux.&nbsp;</p><p>Les consultations opèrent en dehors des espaces officiels et réglementés de socialisation et d'apprentissage, par conséquent, nous dynamisons et appelons à la participation via les réseaux sociaux, qui sont l'endroit où les mineurs passent une bonne partie de leur temps à consommer du contenu et/ou à se lier avec leurs pairs.</p><p>Depuis 2020, nous avons déployé 3 consultations d'adolescents (13 à 17 ans) : une à Arica (Chili, 2020) en collaboration avec la conseillère municipale Dolores Cutivo (PC) ; une autre d'envergure catalane (Espagne, 2022) ; et une troisième à Barcelone-ville (Catalogne, 2023), à laquelle ont participé les maires suivants : <strong>Xavier Trías</strong> (Junts), <strong>Jaume Collboni </strong>(PSC), <strong>Ernest Maragall </strong>(ERC), <strong>Gonzalo de Oro-Pulido</strong> (VOX), <strong>Basha Changue </strong>(CUP), <strong>Daniel Sirera</strong> (PP) et <strong>Eva Parera</strong> (Valents).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Nous sommes heureux et fiers de l'impact que nous avons eu à Barcelone : nous avons inauguré un nouveau pont où les adolescents et les autorités municipales peuvent se parler.
