We are a coordination unit under the Department of Public Security of the State of Mato Grosso.</p><p>We manage primary, secondary, and tertiary criminal prevention through a specific methodology.</p><p>Our target audience consists of children and adolescents from 8 (eight) to 18 (eighteen) years of age. However, as a criminal prevention program, indirectly, other individuals benefit from the Rede Cidadã program through Social Support and other offered projects.</p><p>Our team is made up of professionals from the Public Security Forces, Educators, Pedagogues, Psychologists, Social Workers, Technicians, and Analysts.</p><p>Our methodology consists of:</p><p>Providing care for children and adolescents referred by partner organizations such as: State, Municipal, Private/Philanthropic Schools, the Guardianship Council, the Judiciary, the Public Prosecutor's Office, Foster Homes, the Municipal Social Assistance Reference Center - CRAS, Specialized Police Stations, or through spontaneous demand, and others.</p><p>Initially, the Psychosocial Team conducts an intake interview, collecting personal data, risk factors, health problems, etc. These details aim to determine whether the individual is part of our target group. After that, the family is received by the Educational Team, where they will be enrolled in available activities.</p><p>The Educational Team involves children/adolescents in activities and tracks their school life. Somos una Coordinación subordinada a la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública del Estado de Mato Grosso.</p><p>Realizamos la gestión de la prevención criminal primaria, secundaria y terciaria a través de una metodología específica.</p><p>Nuestro público objetivo son niños y adolescentes de 8 (ocho) a 18 (dieciocho) años incompletos. Sin embargo, como un programa de prevención criminal, de manera indirecta, otras personas se benefician de la Rede Cidadã a través del Acogimiento Social y otros proyectos ofrecidos.</p><p>Nuestro equipo está compuesto por profesionales de las Fuerzas de Seguridad Pública, Educadores, Pedagogos, Psicólogos, Asistentes Sociales, Técnicos y Analistas.</p><p>Nuestra metodología consiste en:</p><p>Realizar el Acogimiento de niños/adolescentes enviados por organismos asociados como: Escuelas Estatales, Municipales, Privadas/Filantrópicas, el Consejo Tutelar, el Poder Judicial, el Ministerio Público, Casa Hogar, el Centro de Referencia en Asistencia Social Municipal - CRAS, Delegaciones Especializadas, o por demanda espontánea, entre otros.</p><p>Inicialmente, el equipo psicosocial realiza una entrevista de recopilación, recolectando datos personales, factores de riesgo, problemas de salud, etc. Estos datos tienen como objetivo identificar si la persona pertenece a nuestro público objetivo. Luego, la familia es recibida por el equipo educativo, donde se matricularán en actividades con vacantes disponibles.</p><p>El equipo educativo realiza la inserción de niños/adolescentes en actividades, así como el seguimiento de su vida escolar. Cependant, en tant que programme de prévention criminelle, d'autres personnes bénéficient indirectement du programme Rede Cidadã par le biais de l'Accueil Social et d'autres projets proposés.</p><p>Notre équipe est composée de professionnels des Forces de Sécurité Publique, d'Éducateurs, de Pédagogues, de Psychologues, de Travailleurs Sociaux, de Techniciens et d'Analystes.</p><p>Notre méthodologie consiste à :</p><p>Assurer l'accueil des enfants/adolescents envoyés par des organismes partenaires tels que : Écoles publiques, privées/charitables, le Conseil de Tutelle, le Pouvoir Judiciaire, le Ministère Public, les Maisons d'Accueil, le Centre de Référence en Assistance Sociale Municipal - CRAS, les Commissariats Spécialisés, ou sur demande spontanée, etc.</p><p>Initialement, l'équipe psychosociale réalise une entrevue de collecte, recueillant des données personnelles, des facteurs de risque, des problèmes de santé, etc. Ces informations ont pour but d'identifier si la personne appartient à notre public cible. Ensuite, la famille est reçue par l'équipe éducative, où elle sera inscrite aux activités disponibles.</p><p>L'équipe éducative intègre les enfants/adolescents dans les activités et suit leur parcours scolaire.
