2025 General Assembly of the OIDP

The OIDP's General Assembly is a gathering of network members to discuss and decide on the organization's political direction, thematic priorities, and work plan.
It takes place every year as part of the Annual Conference and is chaired by the mayor of the host city —who assumes the Presidency of the OIDP— together with the Co-Presidencies and the General Secretariat.
All cities, entities, and individuals that are part of the network are invited to participate, both as members (local and regional governments) and collaborators.

During the General Assembly, the OIDP work plan is discussed, new political bodies are defined, the final declaration or other political statements are approved, and the future host city of the annual conference is decided.
This year, the General Assembly will include two moments:
- a preparatory working meeting: on 14 May 2025, from 15:00 to 17:00 (CEST), in virtual format (via Zoom).
- the General Assembly session: on 23 May 2025, from 14:00 to 16:30 (UTC-3), within the framework of the 24th OIDP Conference in Córdoba (Argentina).
We invite all city delegations and OIDP partners to participate in both sessions actively!
