One of the objectives of this participatory process was to open listening and participation channels to connect citizens with the future of the City and collectively build possible initiatives to face the challenges that the end of the pandemic poses for the coming years. Likewise, each of the instances of the participatory process aimed to take advantage of and enhance the knowledge and experience of civil society organizations, experts and academics to channel the collective intelligence that adds value and creativity to the City. It consisted of three stages: the Citizen Consultation, the Ideatones or ideation tables, and finally, the Citizen Vote. The transversal axes to the entire participatory process, determined by the competent areas, were:</p><ul><li><strong>Comprehensive well-being</strong>: includes everything related to the comprehensive well-being of people and sustainable practices for caring for the environment.</li><li><strong>Education and work</strong>: focuses on strategies that promote job placement, digital education, support for the productive sectors of the economy, and financial inclusion.</li><li><strong>Urban transformation</strong>: addresses the City as the center of people's enjoyment, focused on its new uses.</li><li><strong>Digital city</strong>: contains the themes of technological development and the use of new platforms, since they are a central element in the modernization of the State. Uno de los objetivos de este proceso participativo fue abrir canales de escucha y participación para conectar a la ciudadanía con el futuro de la Ciudad y construir colectivamente posibles iniciativas para enfrentar los desafíos que la salida de la pandemia plantea para los próximos años. Asimismo, cada una de las instancias del proceso participativo apuntó a aprovechar y potenciar el conocimiento y la experiencia de las organizaciones de la sociedad civil, expertos y académicos para canalizar la inteligencia colectiva que aporta valor y creatividad a la Ciudad. Constó de<strong> tres etapas</strong>: la <strong>Consulta Ciudadana</strong>, los&nbsp; <strong>Ideatones o mesas de ideación</strong>, y por último, la <strong>Votación Ciudadana</strong>. Los ejes transversales a todo el proceso participativo, determinados por las áreas competentes, fueron:</p><ul><li><strong>Bienestar integral: </strong>comprende todo lo relacionado al bienestar integral de las personas y las prácticas sustentables para el cuidado del ambiente.</li><li><strong>Educación y trabajo: </strong>se enfoca en las estrategias que promuevan la inserción laboral, la educación digital, el apoyo a los sectores productivos de la economía y la inclusión financiera.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Transformación urbana: </strong>aborda la Ciudad como centro del disfrute de las personas, enfocado en los nuevos usos de la misma.</li><li><strong>Ciudad digital: </strong>contiene las temáticas de desarrollo tecnológico y el uso de nuevas plataformas, ya que, son un elemento central en la modernización del Estado. L'un des objectifs de ce processus participatif était d'ouvrir des canaux d'écoute et de participation pour connecter les citoyens avec l'avenir de la Ville et construire collectivement des initiatives possibles pour faire face aux défis que la fin de la pandémie pose pour les années à venir. De même, chacune des instances du processus participatif visait à tirer parti et à valoriser les connaissances et l'expérience des organisations de la société civile, des experts et des universitaires pour <strong>canaliser l'intelligence collective</strong> qui ajoute de la valeur et de la créativité à la Ville. Il s'est déroulé en trois étapes : la Consultation Citoyenne, les Ideatones ou tables d'idéation, et enfin, le Vote Citoyen. Les axes transversaux à l'ensemble du processus participatif, déterminés par les domaines compétents, étaient :</p><ul><li><strong>Bien-être global</strong> : comprend tout ce qui concerne le bien-être global des personnes et les pratiques durables de protection de l'environnement.</li><li><strong>Éducation et travail</strong> : met l'accent sur les stratégies qui favorisent le placement, l'éducation numérique, le soutien aux secteurs productifs de l'économie et l'inclusion financière.</li><li><strong>Transformation urbaine</strong> : aborde la Ville comme centre de plaisir des habitants, tourné vers ses nouveaux usages.</li><li><strong>Ville numérique</strong> : contient les thèmes du développement technologique et de l'utilisation des nouvelles plateformes, puisqu'elles sont un élément central de la modernisation de l'État.
