Thus, the budget allocated to this practice has been based on this division, according to the number of inhabitants in each one of them.</p><p>In the development of the Participatory Provincial Budgets, 4 main phases have been defined as described above:</p><p>- <strong>PHASE 1</strong>. PRESENTATION OF PROPOSALS.</p><p>- <strong>PHASE 2</strong>. EVALUATION OF THE PROPOSALS.</p><p>-<strong> PHASE 3</strong>. VOTING.</p><p>-<strong> PHASE 4</strong>. De este modo, el presupuesto destinado a esta práctica se ha realizado en base a dicha división, en base al número de población en cada una de ellas.</p><p>En el desarrollo de los Presupuestos Provinciales Participativos se han definido 4 fases principales anteriormente desarrolladas:</p><p>- <strong>FASE 1</strong>. Ainsi, le budget alloué à cette pratique a été basé sur cette division, en fonction du nombre d'habitants dans chacune d'entre elles.</p><p>Dans le cadre de l'élaboration des budgets provinciaux participatifs, 4 phases principales ont été définies, comme décrit ci-dessus :</p><p>-<strong> PHASE 1</strong>.
