estatus de conservación por lo que, durante años ha sufrido la extracción indiscriminada de sus recursos y el permanente cambio del uso de suelo, disminuyendo así la cobertura natural afectando negativamente la dinámica de los ecosistemas y provoque la degradación ambiental, por ende se procedió a preservar la biodiversidad de la provincia de Esmeraldas, a través de la declaratoria de áreas de conservación y uso sustentable (ACUS), para impulsar la sostenibilidad, mediante planes de manejo, que promuevan prácticas de aprovechamiento y uso sustentable.</p><p>Se ha involucrado a la población en general, pero específicamente se ha incluido de manera pertinente a todas las nacionalidades locales y nacionales, grupos de mujeres chachis y afros, personas de género<a href=\"https://www.google.com/search?sca_esv=6533ed6bf036fb2b&sca_upv=1&rlz=1C1CHBF_esEC1071EC1071&q=LGBTIQ+&spell=1&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjyxcPEuaGFAxXsSjABHVmCAtoQkeECKAB6BAgIEAI\" rel=\"noopener
