It promotes data-driven decision-making and public management with a rights-based and differential approach. The main SDGs to which it contributes are: 5 - Gender Equality; 10 - Reducing Inequalities; 16 - Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions.</p><p>The objective of the practice is to boost participation and transparency in Valle del Cauca through digital platforms, allowing citizens to influence their quality of life and co-create solutions. Specific objectives include contributing to the construction of the development plan, addressing citizen demands and accountability.</p><p>Initiated in 2009 with the Public Youth Policy, SIGESI evolved in 2011 and 2017, integrating technology to improve public management. Today, it is a tool for participation and citizenship, empowering the population and prioritising interventions, with real-time monitoring of social indicators.</p><p>SIGESI's innovation lies in being the first system in Colombia to integrate technology for citizen participation and transparency. Los principales ODS a los que contribuye son: 5 – Igualdad de Género; 10 – Reducción de las desigualdades; 16 – Paz, justicia e instituciones sólidas.</p><p>El objetivo de la práctica es impulsar la participación y transparencia en Valle del Cauca a través de plataformas digitales, permitiendo a los ciudadanos influir en su calidad de vida y co-crear soluciones. Los objetivos específicos incluyen aportar en la construcción del plan de desarrollo, atender demandas ciudadanas y rendir cuentas.</p><p>Iniciado en 2009 con la Política Pública de Juventud, el SIGESI evolucionó en 2011 y 2017, integrando tecnología para mejorar la gestión pública. Hoy, es una herramienta de participación y ciudadanía, capacitando a la población y priorizando intervenciones, con seguimiento en tiempo real a indicadores sociales.</p><p>La innovación del SIGESI radica en ser el primer sistema en Colombia que integra tecnología para la participación ciudadana y la transparencia. Les objectifs spécifiques comprennent la contribution à l'élaboration du plan de développement, la prise en compte des demandes des citoyens et la responsabilisation.</p><p>Initié en 2009 avec la politique publique de la jeunesse, le SIGESI a évolué en 2011 et 2017, intégrant la technologie pour améliorer la gestion publique. Aujourd'hui, c'est un outil de participation et de citoyenneté, qui responsabilise la population et priorise les interventions, avec un suivi en temps réel des indicateurs sociaux.</p><p>L'innovation de SIGESI réside dans le fait qu'il s'agit du premier système en Colombie à intégrer la technologie pour la participation citoyenne et la transparence.
